How to cook

We mix the dry ingredients. Cocoa and sugar should be added to the flour. Now put soft butter here. Rub it into crumbs.

We are preparing the filling. Mix sour milk cheese with eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and potato starch. Beat the mass thoroughly with a blender.

Now put half of the mass of crumbs in a form on parchment. Flatten, make sides. This will be the bottom cake. Pour the filling. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Delicious!
