Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • cream – 400 ml;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • dark chocolate – 400 g.

Grind the chocolate. You can do it in a combine so that it is smaller and easier to work with. The cream must be heated. It is not necessary to bring them to a boil. As soon as you see bubbles appear, immediately remove from the heat.

Pour the chocolate with cream for a few minutes. At this stage, it becomes clear why they should be hot and the chocolate crushed into crumbs. So that everything dissolves well in one another.

Add soft butter to the cream. The cream should be shiny and thick. So that it turns out like this, put it to cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then beat it with a mixer. Delicious!
