It is not enough to simply poke with a fork or whisk. Beat the mass with a mixer. That will be much better. Beat for at least 5-7 minutes.

When the egg mass is ready, you can add flour. It is necessary to carefully mix with a spatula or at the lowest revolutions of the mixer.

Apples should be cleaned and cut. If they are sweet, then the amount of sugar can be reduced. And vice versa, if necessary.

Pour part of the dough into a mold. Place the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the rest of the dough. Charlotte should be baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If the form is high, it may take up to 60 minutes. Delicious!
