Scientists have identified seven determining factors of a healthy cardiovascular system. Controlling them allows you to reduce the risk of heart disease by 80%.
Specialists from the American Heart Association conducted a study with the participation of more than 74 thousand people, during which experts formulated seven provisions that provide the most effective prevention of cardiovascular diseases. These rules were determined after analyzing data from several large-scale studies.
In a publication published in Medical News Today, researchers stated that they carefully studied the health effects of all seven factors to find out which of them are most important for maintaining healthy cardiovascular activity. However, according to them, they were unable to single out any single indicator that would be particularly significant in terms of preventing heart disease.
Experts advise controlling all seven factors to ensure maximum reduction in the risk of diseases of the vascular system. According to them, such control allows to achieve a reduction in the risk of heart disease by as much as 80%.
