Cooking chicken balls with cheese filling: a simple recipe
The tradition of making meat and poultry balls with various fillings has become very popular, as such a dish has amazing taste qualities that will be appreciated by both children and adults. Prepare poultry meatballs.
What products should we prepare for the recipe:
- half a kilo of chicken fillet;
- mozzarella cheese (200 grams) ;
- 1 chicken egg;
- a tablespoon of sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;

- How to cook:
First take the chicken fillet and prepare minced meat from it immediately together with a clove of garlic. After that, add salt, selected spices, breadcrumbs, sour cream and a chicken egg.
You should add the ingredients in this sequence.
Then you need to mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then we form a ball with our hands and put a small piece of cheese in the middle and “close” it.
Heat the pan, pour a little olive oil and fry our chicken balls on both sides until ready.
Serve you can have them with any sauce and side dish, as this dish is perfectly combined with others.
