  • wheat flour – 100 g;

  • dry yeast – 2 tsp;
  • salt.

How to prepare

To begin with, you need to dissolve the yeast in warm water (250 ml). Add sugar and salt here. mix everything thoroughly. Sift wheat flour. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes. As a result, it should rise about 1.5 times, or maybe twice.

Now you can add buckwheat flour and mix the dough again. Pour in about 125 ml of water. It should be at room temperature. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes, and then pour another 125 ml of water.

The pancake dough is ready. You can heat a pan and bake pancakes. Delicious!
