You can prepare different marinades for chicken fillet , which will improve the taste and make it soft, aromatic, juicy. Try the lemon and kefir versions. Cooks say that each of them is special for fillets.
Lemon marinade for fillets
It requires the following components:
- lemon peel – 1 tablespoon;
- lemon juice – 3 tablespoons;
- ground black pepper – 1 tsp;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- salt
Mix all the ingredients together. Put the fillet in the marinade for at least 20 minutes, but better for an hour. Then put it on the grill, in the oven or on the pan.
Kefir marinade for fillets
For it, prepare the following list of products:
- kefir – 1 glass;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- ground black pepper – 0.5 h .l.;
- turmeric – 1 tsp;
- salt.
Mix everything together and marinate the fillet. Kefir belongs to fermented milk products, so it will definitely make the fillet softer. Delicious!
