Cooks talked about the exquisite peach sauce for baked duck

Duck is baked less often by our housewives than chicken. It is fatter and a little tougher, but incredibly tasty. Cooks suggest serving it with peach sauce. Read the recipe later in the article.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • peaches – 2 pcs. ;
  • white dry wine – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.

How to cook

All you have to do is boil the peaches in wine. To do this, remove the skin from them and cut the fruit in half.

Pour the peaches with wine, add sugar and put the saucepan on the fire. Cook for 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat.

Before serving the duck, the peaches should be cut into slices and reheated in the sauce. Put it on the duck. Delicious!
