This amount of marinade is enough for about 1 kg of chicken:

• mayonnaise – 70 g;
• soy sauce – 50 g;
• cilantro in the form of powder – 2 tsp;< /li>
• paprika – 2 tsp;
• seasoning for chicken – 1 tsp;

• oil – 40 ml;
• salt.

Since this is a marinade, there is nothing special in the cooking process. You just need to mix everything together, and then put the chicken in the marinade. As a result, after marinating for at least 1 hour, you can send aromatic chicken for frying or baking.
