  • water – 300 ml;
  • milk – 300 ml;

How to cook

Wash the groats thoroughly . Bring the water to a boil. Now you can sleep groats in it. The fire should be slow. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Watch the state of the cereal so that all the water is absorbed.

Now you can add milk. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cover.

At the end of cooking, add sugar, a little salt to balance the flavors and butter. Now switch off the flame, cover and let it stand for 15 minutes. The most delicious corn porridge is ready.
