- agar-agar – 12 g;
- sugar – 300 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- powdered sugar;
- starch.
How to cook
Pumpkin should be baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When it cools down, grind it into a puree and wipe it through a sieve.
Dissolve agar-agar in water. Stir, heat over medium heat and add sugar. Bring to a boil carefully so that the sugar dissolves.
Now you can add pumpkin puree to the mass. Boil it for 5 minutes. Do not make the fire strong. Let it be weak so that it does not burn. Periodically stir the mass.
Now you need to whip the whites into a foam. Then pour the syrup into it slowly and in small portions, but continue to beat it all the time. The mass should become thick and heavy.
From it we will put marshmallows through a pastry syringe. Leave it to dry on the table. About 5 hours. And then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
