Fresh banana bread is a great option for tea treats or even for a full breakfast. It is easy and quick to bake.
Here is a simple recipe
You will need very, very ripe bananas (three medium ones or two large ones) with black spots on the skin. If you don't find them in the store, buy slightly greener ones and put them in a dark place for a day in the same bag with an apple.
Bananas should be peeled, mashed with a fork until smooth. Add a third of a glass of avocado oil there (you can replace it with melted coconut, cream or vegetable oil). Mix everything, add a third of a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of soda, 64 g of brown sugar, one slightly beaten egg.
After that, add about 200 g of sifted flour and mix well again.
For baking, it is better to use a special foil form, which should be greased with avocado oil or any other oil that you used for the dough. You need to bake in a well-heated oven to 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Check whether the bread is ready with a toothpick. If no dough remains on it after rolling, then the bread can be taken out of the oven.
