Ingredients
You will need the following:
- fish – 400 g;
- onion – 0.5 pcs.;
- fat – 50 g;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- potato – 1 pc;
- breadcrumbs – 2 pcs.
How to cook
Grind the fillet of any fish into minced meat. Do immediately with onions and a small piece of lard. Add boiled scrambled egg and grated potato. These two components will make the cutlets the tastiest.
Now add soaked breadcrumbs for an airy texture. Mix the minced meat. Form patties and fry them in a pan with oil. Delicious!
