- flour – 0.5 kg;
- butter – 300 g;
- egg – 1 pcs.;
- water – 180 ml;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- vinegar – 1 tsp
How to cook
Lemon juice can be used instead of vinegar in the dough. And we start with sifting the flour. Finely chop the butter and add it to the flour.
Heat the water, add salt and vinegar. Now make an indentation in the flour. Beat an egg into it and pour water. Knead the dough, but do not be surprised if it is stiff. It should be so.
Make a ball from the dough, put it in a bag and send it to a cool place for 45 minutes. This is the end of the preparation. The dough can be used as intended.
