  • beetroot – 0.5 kg;
  • wine vinegar 6% – 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • oil – 60 ml;

  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • coriander – 1 tsp

How to cook

Grate the beets with fine straws. It is better to use a special grater for this. Pass the garlic through a press.

Grated beets sprinkle with salt. Mix it up. Set it aside for 30 minutes so that it releases its juice and begins to salt. Then add coriander, ground black pepper, sugar, wine vinegar, garlic.

The secret of the dressing is that the oil is not added cold. It must be heated (heated) and then poured over the beets. Mix and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 12 hours. Delicious!
