Cosmetologists: A change in attitude to life will help to get rid of gray hair
Researchers at Columbia University conducted a study and found out that to get rid of gray hair, it is enough to change your attitude to life. It's about stress: the stronger a person is prone to it, the more “silver” will be on her hair.
14 women of various ages were involved in the study by scientists. Among them, who divorced their husbands or changed their place of residence, more gray hair appeared. However, after the psychological state of the test subjects normalized and the degree of excitement decreased, the amount of hair of a “platinum” shade became less, as they acquired their usual color.
Cosmetologists recommend people to try to look at life positively and learn to overcome anxiety and excitement. As research has shown, on average, it takes about three months to restore gray hair.
