Crab salad with cabbage and cucumber for health and a slim figure

This is a very tasty salad, words cannot describe it – you have to try it! Crab salad with cabbage and cucumber is light but filling. The delicious combination of products is simply at the height. As a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. For lunch, dinner and afternoon.

Ingredients:

  • White cabbage – 500 g.
  • Cucumbers – 250 g.
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr.
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
  • Black pepper ground to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to make crab salad with cabbage, egg and cucumber? There is nothing complicated here. First, prepare the ingredients according to the list. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream, natural yogurt or any oil.

Remove the upper damaged leaves from fresh cabbage. Shred the cabbage, bypassing the dense hard leaves around the head.

Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and cut them into strips.

Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut into strips. It is not necessary to cut the skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter.

Hard-boil the eggs, cool and clean them. Cut into strips.

In a bowl, combine the cabbage, eggs, cucumbers, and crab sticks. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix. If you wish, you can add your own spices to taste.
