To prepare crumbly rice, you need to follow several rules (2 options):

At the bottom of the pan put rice and fried vegetables, mix. Pour water, put peppercorns and a bay leaf.

Send in the oven. Monitor the water level so that it is absorbed evenly and the rice does not burn.
