Even if it seems to you that the diet consists only of healthy products, this may not be the case at all. It's all about the method of cooking and subsequent manipulations with food. Some foods cannot be reheated at all.
Green vegetables
But not all. We are talking about celery, spinach and other leafy vegetables. The products contain a considerable amount of nitrates, which become toxic if they are repeatedly exposed to heat. Carcinogens can lead to the formation of malignant tumors and other diseases.
So, for example, spinach contains a lot of iron. To heat it means to start the oxidation process. This will trigger the selection of dangerous free radicals. Therefore, spinach is ideal for sandwiches, salads, smoothies – cold, of course.
Mushrooms
Protein, amino acids, vitamins – a truly nutrient-rich product. However, it can turn into a real poison if heated. The point is chitin, because of which all components are poorly absorbed. And heating leads to a change in the structure of the protein, as a result of pain and bloating. White mushrooms and truffles are especially rich in protein, which is dangerous when heated.
Chicken
Baked in the oven, fried, boiled – heating chicken in any form over and over again is not the best way to improve your health. In the same way as in mushrooms, protein affects well-being. It is best to use chicken meat cold in sandwiches, Caesar salad and other dishes where it should be used cold.
Potatoes
It is better not to reheat potatoes. This is explained by the fact that the product loses its useful properties and becomes ideal for the reproduction of bacteria. This, in turn, negatively affects the health of the digestive system.
Eggs
Reheating such a product should not be done because it becomes toxic, provoking various problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
Beets
The presence of fiber, organic acids and amino acids is, of course, healthy for such a product and for your health 'I. However, the product will not help get rid of toxins and other harmful substances. Especially if it is heated. All this will cause the release of nitrites and their transformation into carcinogens. Therefore, beets are ideal in salads or smoothies.
