Delicate cakes with cream cheese that melt in your mouth

Ingredients
For the cakes, you need to prepare the following components:
- chicken eggs — 2 pcs.;
- sugar — 70 g;
- vanilla sugar — 1 pack;
- baking powder — 10 g;
- oil — 100 ml;
- milk — 200 ml;
- cocoa powder — 3 tbsp.;
- flour — 180 g;
- salt — a pinch.
Ingredients for the cream:
- soft cheese – 180 g;
- powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.;
- 33% cream – 150 ml.
How to prepare
Eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar should be beaten together with a mixer until light and fluffy. Next, pour in milk and oil. Then flour, baking powder and cocoa, but mix the dry ingredients with a whisk.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Pour the dough and place in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
Make the cream. To do this, mix the soft cheese, powdered sugar and cream together with a mixer. The cream is ready. You can assemble the cakes.
Cut out the circles for the cakes. Spread a ring of cream from a pastry bag on top. Place your favorite jam in the center and cover with cream. Sprinkle with crumbs from the cake. The cake is ready. Delicious!
