Delicate cheese souffle for dessert without baking

- chicken protein – 1 pc.;
- gelatin – 1 tbsp.

- honey – 2 tsp
How to prepare
Gelatin pour water and leave aside for now. Chicken protein should be whipped to peaks. Now you can mix the main ingredients: cheese, cocoa and honey.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave and pour it into the curd mass. Stir. Now gently fold in the beaten egg whites. It remains to pour into dessert molds and put in the refrigerator so that the dessert hardens. Delicious!
