
Delicious and bright salad with baked beets and pumpkin

The idea of a salad that is not only delicious but also useful. The original combination of ingredients will create an interesting dish for the holiday table.
Details
Ingredients:
- salad mix 70 g
- pumpkin 250 g
- Pumplings 200 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. L.
- The juice of half of the lemon
- Provence herbs 1 tsp.
- Honey 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard in grains 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt to taste
Cut the pumpkin, salt, pour oil and spread on a baking tray. We cut the beets four parts and also spread on a parchment -lined baking tray. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Put a fresh salad base on the plate, it can be any greens to your taste. Then the beets, pumpkin and fetus are diced. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients on the sauce, make it to your liking and fill the salad. The salad has an original taste, you can optionally add chopped nuts or grenade grains.
