
Delicious and low -calorie beef salad and bell pepper: Ideal dinner

This salad requires only 4 basic products. The salad is very easy to prepare. Due to beef meat, it turns out to be satisfying and useful, and fresh vegetables are added to it juiciness. It is a delicious salad that is great for a holiday table and just a dinner. Using different dressing options, you can diversify the salad.
ingredients:
- 500 gr. beef (fillets)
- 1 pepper (sweet 250 gr.)
- 2 pcs. red onions
- 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise or yogurt
- 2 tbsp. l vinegar
Method of cooking:
1. To speed up the cooking process, cut the beef into medium pieces and cook in salted water until cooked, then cool. Red onions will make the salad brighter, so take the best, but you can also be common. Cut it into thin half rings, pour water and add vinegar.
2. While the onion is marinated, the prepared beef is cut into thin straws and put in a salad bowl. After cooking, the weight of the meat is about 270 UAH
3. Bulgarian pepper is cut into thin straws and sent to meat. It is better to buy a bright color (red, yellow, orange).
4. The pickled red onions slightly squeeze and put in a salad bowl.
5. Complement the meat with vegetables with mayonnaise/yogurt (you can also add ground black pepper) and mix well. You can still use either oil or soy sauce oil and chopped garlic as a dressing. Also delicious.
6. Transfer the finished meat salad with vegetables to a salad bowl, sprinkle with greens on top and serve immediately. Vegetables give juiciness, onions still give a pleasant acid, and beef is a great taste. It's a hearty and delicious salad.
