Delicious pie with pumpkin and minced meat

What could be better in autumn than pie with pumpkin and minced meat? The dish combines the sweetness of pumpkin and the rich taste of meat. The pie turns out to be very filling and ideal for lunch or dinner. Many people underestimate pumpkin in savory dishes, but it goes well with meat, making the pie more juicy.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat (pork, beef or mix )
- 300 g pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 g of puff pastry (you can use ready-made)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of grated cheese (parmesan or hard cheese)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Frying oil
Start by preparing the minced meat. Fry it in a pan with finely chopped onions and garlic until golden brown. After that, add the pumpkin grated on a coarse grater and stew together with the minced meat for 5-7 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft. Season with salt and pepper and let the filling cool.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking dish. Fill the dough with minced meat and pumpkin, pour beaten eggs on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180°C for 30-40 minutes until it becomes golden.
