Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
300 g of chicken fillet
300 g of mushrooms
100 g of cream
50 g of butter
120 g of hard cheese
salt, pepper

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes until cooked, drain the water, add the butter and make mashed potatoes. Then add half the cream and beat again. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry for 5 minutes, then fry the chopped mushrooms.
Salt, pepper, pour in the cream and heat for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, place some of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, level it and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
Then spread the filling and cover with the other half of the mashed potatoes, and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
