Delicious soup with sauerkraut, ham and bacon

First courses are amazing in their diversity. They are made from just about any product. Soup with sauerkraut is a delicious alternative to pickled cabbage or solyanka. Try it, you'll like it.
Products for cooking
For this sour and tasty soup, you will need the following products:
- broth;
- sauerkraut – 300 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- potatoes – 3-4 pcs.;
- ham – 100 g;
- bacon or smoked sausage – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.;
- salt, pepper, spices.
How to cook
Boil the broth. The richer it is, the tastier it will be. You can use three types of meat: beef, pork and chicken. If this is not possible, cook the broth from the products available to you. When it is ready, then continue cooking with the following ingredients. Put some of the sauerkraut in the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add the ham and bacon or sausage (you can all together). Fry for 5 minutes. Then add the second part of the cabbage.
Now it's time to send the potatoes to the pan. Wait until they are cooked, and then send the ingredients from the pan to the pan. Everything should boil again. Salt the soup, add pepper and let it stand for 10-20 minutes. This will stabilize the taste and make it more expressive. Delicious!
