Delicious stewed rice porridge in a pot

On the day off, treat your loved ones to stewed tender rice porridge that melts in the mouth Its secret lies not so much in the recipe as in the dishes. And it is prepared in a clay pot.
So that the rice steams faster, soak it overnight in cold water, and then rinse it in clear water. The pot itself must also be soaked for 15 minutes in cold water so that it absorbs as much moisture as possible and then does not take it away from the dishes.
Take 100 g of rice for a 0.7 l pot, pour 400 ml of it milk Add 1.5 tbsp. l. sugar, ΒΌ tsp. salt and mix. Put 50 g of butter on top.
Put the pot in a cold oven. For the first 15 minutes, set the temperature to 120 degrees, and then to 180 degrees (cook at this temperature for 1 hour).
Important: do not cover the pot, do not stir the porridge. A ruddy crust, an incredible aroma will tell you that the dish is ready!
