Diet for arthritis: which product should be removed from the diet
1
Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory disease characterized by joint damage and inflammation of internal organs. Scientists have named an ingredient contained in many dietary products that can provoke this ailment.
White bread, white rice, pasta and cereals can cause inflammatory processes, since all these products are made with the use of one ingredient – white flour.
White flour, in turn, contains refined carbohydrates, which were deprived of all useful properties during the production process. Experts recommend choosing corn or unrefined rice flour instead of white flour.
