You can prepare an omelet for breakfast in a variety of ways, mixing the fillings. The traditional version of the recipe involves adding milk, sour cream and hard cheese. It always turns out delicious, because this is a win-win option. We offer another one that will taste no less. Gourmets have long been familiar with it.
What you need to cook
You will need the following ingredients:
- chicken eggs — 2 pcs.;
- sour milk cheese — 3 tbsp.;
- greens;
- tomatoes;
- salt.
How to cook
Heat the pan. Add a small amount of oil. It tastes better when made with a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the cheese to them and mix. You should get a homogeneous mass. If small lumps of cheese remain, the taste will definitely not get worse. Salt, sprinkle a little pepper and send the mass to the pan. Stir constantly until the eggs are cooked. It turns out something like a scramble.
Place the omelet on a plate, next to a salad of fresh tomatoes and greens. A few minutes and a delicious breakfast is ready. Enjoy!
