Divorce has a very bad effect on men's health

Official divorce is the biggest threat to health i men If they are separated for more than 7 years in a row, the risk of heart attacks, senile dementia and early death increases.
Unhappy family life is a reason for heart attacks and constant stress, but divorce is no better. The study showed that if men remain divorced for more than 7 years, an increased level of inflammatory processes is noted in their bodies.
This is a natural biological reaction to stress, due to which arteries harden, heart attacks, strokes occur, tumors develop, aging mental retardation and premature death occurs.
Scientists from the University of Copenhagen conducted a study involving 4,800 people aged 48 to 62 years. They were interested in the long-term health effects of divorce. When women faced the end of a long-term relationship and lived alone for a long time, no increase in inflammatory processes in their bodies occurred.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that in middle-aged women, unlike male peers, have many more friends offering emotional support. They don't let stress affect their health.
However, men led a much less healthy lifestyle after divorce. The level of two components in the blood associated with inflammation increased by 17% in them, compared to their peers in stable relationships. We are talking about interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein. Evidence shows that men are more dependent on women than the other way around, and divorce is more dangerous for men.
