In the morning, insulin receptors are less sensitive than in the evening. Sour-milk cheese eaten at night can whet your appetite. Eating before bed increases the risk of obesity. Therefore, it is wiser to eat sour-milk cheese in the morning together with slow carbohydrates. Bread and vegetables are best.

Doctors recommended drinking tea an hour after eating cheese. The fact is that the mentioned drink contains thiamine, which can make nutrients useless. If you drink cheesecakes with tea, the calcium contained in them will not be absorbed by the body. As a result, a person will simply enjoy delicious food, but will not benefit from it.
