Doctors from Great Britain named the warning signs of lung cancer

Recurrent chest infections can be a sign , which warns of the development of a malignant tumor in the lung, say doctors from Great Britain.
Specialists of the Cancer Research UK organization named the warning signs of lung cancer, the Express informs. One of these signals is infections affecting the organs of the chest, which may seem quite harmless SARS. Their distinguishing feature is that such infections begin to reoccur.
“If your chest infection does not go away or you feel that you are exposed to them again and again, see a doctor for an examination – this may signal lung cancer,” they recommend experts of the organization.
Medics from Great Britain also named other warning signs of a malignant process in the lungs:
- cough or hoarse voice for three weeks or more,
- a cough that can persist for a long time,
- feelings of shortness of breath and wheezing that appear for no reason,
- blood in the sputum,
- pain in the chest or shoulders, which does not go away,
- inexplicable weight loss,
- a feeling of extreme fatigue, rapid fatigue.
Experts urge not to delay in contacting a doctor if suspicious symptoms.
