The drug captopril can perfectly replace egg white. Experts advise starting the day with oatmeal, as it is beneficial for the body. In addition, oats contain fiber, which supports the upper and lower levels of pressure.

Dark chocolate increases the elasticity of blood vessels. Doctors also recommend eating fruits, especially bananas and pomegranates. Pomegranate juice is useful for hypertensive patients and effectively lowers blood pressure.
