Doctors from the UK have revealed three control signs that can signal a heart attack. Symptoms include chest discomfort that comes on suddenly and doesn't go away.
A heart attack is a medical emergency and occurs when the blood supply to the heart is blocked, usually by a blood clot. This can lead to serious damage to the heart muscle, which is associated with a risk of death. There are three main signs of a heart attack, including discomfort in the chest that suddenly appears and does not go away, pain that spreads to the left or right arm, neck, jaw area, back or stomach. In the same list are nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath.
According to doctors from the UK, if a heart attack has occurred, you should immediately call an ambulance. It will not be superfluous to take aspirin (if there is no allergy), it helps to thin the blood and restore blood supply to the heart.
To minimize the risk of the condition, it is recommended to quit smoking, put in order the parameters of the figure, give preference to a diet low in fat and high in fiber. Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day and two servings of fish (one fatty) per week. This also includes the reasonable use of alcoholic beverages.
