Doctors warn that not all of the drinks that people drink are useful. In addition, some of them can harm your health. Experts named five of them that are better to forget about forever.
You should not drink unsweetened carbonated water often. The carbon dioxide contained in them, along with quenching thirst, will irritate the gastric mucosa, provoke acid production and cause bloating of the intestinal tract, and also disrupt its motility.
Juices from packages are also not the best way to quench thirst. Often, these products do not contain natural vitamins, and most of the components are harmful to health.
