Doctors talked about the signs of fatigue dangerous to health

According to experts, there five symptoms that will help distinguish simple fatigue from exhaustion that is dangerous for the body. And the first “bell” is that your fatigue, as well as tiredness for no apparent reason, does not pass.

Exhaustion can be difficult to detect. In turn, it can cause mood swings, warns Bioniq clinic nutritionist Clarissa Lenherr. Feeling tired leads to increased emotions and reactions, which can later affect the general mood.

“Have you noticed that your mood swings a little more than usual? Are you feeling withdrawn, anxious or even depressed? If so, it could be caused by exhaustion, Lenherr quotes. – When we are tired, we have less energy to respond to stressors, which can lead to heightened emotions and reactions. If you notice that these feelings last more than a month, I recommend seeing a therapist.”

Another sign is difficulty falling asleep. It's generally recommended to get seven to nine hours of sleep each night, but when you're exhausted, you may wake up feeling tired.

“This can cause stress, which in turn can affect your energy levels and mood,” Lenherr says. – If you have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend implementing some sleep hygiene rules to optimize your sleep, such as avoiding caffeine too late in the day, reducing the use of electronics at night, and loading filters that block blue light.

< p>The next symptom that it is not just fatigue is a change in weight due to a decrease in appetite. To fill the energy reserve, the body can more often cause a craving for sugar, which threatens obesity. At the same time, some, on the contrary, lose weight, due to loss of appetite and lack of cravings for sweets.

A foggy mind is another symptom of exhaustion. You may find it harder to think and concentrate. If this condition lasts more than a few weeks, you should consult a doctor.

Doctors call the deterioration of hair and skin structure the last sign. “When we're exhausted, we may find that our skin becomes drier, more prone to breakouts, and our hair may thin and begin to fall out,” Lenherr says.
