Doctors told why cooking with lard is good for health

Specialists from De Montfort University in England found out that cooking with lard and butter is more beneficial for health than vegetable oil.
Doctors advise using lard or butter for cooking hot food. Scientists made this conclusion after studying the chemical composition of substances that can be released during the heating of vegetable and animal fats.
Researchers noted that there are benefits from vegetable oil, but cooking with sunflower and olive oil is not recommended. Therefore, doctors concluded that when using plant raw materials during cooking, substances are released that affect the human body – and the risk of developing heart diseases, oncology, and deterioration of brain activity increases.
Doctors report that the information obtained from research does not speak about the absolute harm of oils of vegetable origin. Their benefit is that they contain polyunsaturated fatty acids – an important component for a healthy diet.
The difficulty is that in the process of heating, these elements emit more toxic compounds than the fatty acids that are present in such products such as lard, coconut or butter. It is also dangerous that harmful substances accumulate in the body, and then have a negative impact on a person's health.
