Problems arise only during abuse. The fact is that a standard container of cider contains 50 grams of sugar. The same amount of white crystal-like sweet substance can be obtained by eating a couple of donuts.
Doctors advise to consume no more than 30 grams of cider per day, because otherwise the risk of obesity will increase with the resulting consequences. Metabolism may be disturbed and diabetes may appear. It is worth consuming less cider with the addition of a nutritious sweet substance to avoid health problems.
