In autumn, it is planned to carry out several treatments against diseases with blueberries. This is done at the end of September or in October, when the leaves of the bushes turn red. Read further in the article the treatment scheme.

Spraying for blueberries

Three treatments will need to be carried out in the fall. For blueberries in this period, copper-containing preparations are needed.

The first treatment should be copper-based fungicides with a concentration of 1%. Then, the concentration gradually increases.

After two weeks, the treatment is repeated with the same drug, but with a concentration of 2%. And after another 2 weeks, it should be 3%.

Blueberry bushes need this treatment for two reasons. First, it will protect against diseases. Secondly, it will accelerate the growth of shoots.
