Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- mineral water – 0.5 kg;
- mineral water – 220 ml;
- oil – 2 tbsp.;
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
How to prepare
There is nothing complicated in the preparation. Everything is as simple as possible. The flour must be sifted before cooking.
So, pour the flour into a bowl. Pour in a glass of highly carbonated water, oil, add salt. You need to mix everything together.
When the dough comes together into one lump, knead it on the table for a few more minutes. Wrap in a bag, let it rest for 15-20 minutes and you can work.
