Drinking milk can reduce body fat

Scientists from Ahwaz Jundishapura University of Medical Sciences , Iran investigated how consuming milk and pistachios as a snack affects satiety, body fat percentage, and macronutrient intake in overweight or obese women.
In this randomized cross-over study, 60 women from overweight and obese, the average age of which was 24 years.
The study lasted two monthly periods with a six-day break. A visual analog scale was used to assess satiety.
According to the results of the study, no statistical difference in calorie consumption was found in each group. However, women who consumed milk had a significantly lower body fat percentage.
Scientists note that eating pistachios and milk can be a healthy snack option, but you shouldn't expect to reduce your daily calorie intake.
