Tea substances such as tannins have a negative effect on the assimilation of iron. As a result of a lack of iron, a person may suffer from attacks of fatigue, anxiety, headaches.
Constipation. One of the components of tea is theophylline – this compound can cause gastrointestinal disorders. Among their symptoms, doctors call a tendency to constipation, nausea.
