Doctor: drinking warm water is one of the simple ways to help you become slimmer.

The doctor said that it helps you lose weight without fasting. The specialist said that people who want to lose extra pounds need to build their daily diet in such a way that the body does not feel hunger pangs.

The doctor emphasized that to lose weight, you do not need to cut the amount of food and calories too much – a serious deficit can only do harm.

“I am against fasting, it does not work. If you limit yourself in your diet, there will always be a new weight gain,” the doctor said.

According to the specialist, people who are losing weight need to have breakfast regularly and eat in such a way that a significant part of the daily calorie intake is consumed in the morning.

Another piece of advice from the doctor is to drink water. The doctor explained that sometimes the body's need for fluid is felt as a feeling of hunger. Therefore, when you feel a surge of appetite, it is useful to drink warm water – if after 20 minutes the hunger does not subside, you can eat.

The doctor also recommended consuming a sufficient amount of fats – “fats are sources of building sex and stress hormones, without which weight loss is impossible.”
