Eating a piece of cheese every day is good for your health

If you follow the restrictions in its use, cheese is good for everyone, says a gastroenterologist.

The doctor spoke about the health-promoting properties of cheese. One of them is the product's ability to stimulate the body's production of endorphins – substances that provide a good mood, positivity, and tone. Thanks to this, cheese is useful for preventing fatigue and insomnia.

“If you leisurely eat a small piece 30 minutes before bedtime, the body will be able to relax, and you will fall asleep easily and in a good mood,” the specialist said.

“Cheese contains vitamins A, C, E, B12, riboflavin, phosphorus, selenium, beta-carotene, zinc, iodine, iron, copper, potassium, calcium, fat-soluble vitamin D,” the expert said.

The gastroenterologist emphasized that when it comes to eating cheese, you need to keep in mind: the product should be eaten in moderation, a fairly modest piece per day. The doctor said that you do not need to consume 100 grams of cheese daily. It is better to give up processed cheese altogether.
