Eating chips and sausage increased the risk of early death

European scientists have found that eating foods with a high degree of processing increases the risk of early death. Sausage products and various carbonated drinks were included in the list.
Researchers analyzed the content of fast food and sausages, the structure of nutrients and the concentration of trans fats. They further concluded that with constant consumption of such food, the risk of premature death increases by an average of 26%.
Chips, semi-finished products and carbonated water significantly weaken the body, in addition, their sugar content reaches 40% , which can have a negative impact on health. In some cases, damage to the heart and blood vessels is possible, which increases the risk of death by 60%.
Experts do not recommend indulging in smoked sausages, sausages and anchovies. Fresh juices, fruits, berries, healthy fatty fish from the northern seas should be included in the diet.
