One egg a day contributes to a slimmer figure. Scientists from the University of Barcelona came to such a pleasant conclusion.
A significant number of people like eggs in one form or another, from scrambled eggs to classic uncool testicles. And now researchers say that our preferences do not really matter, because eggs are good in any form and 5 days a week. When these foods were used in this way, people were slimmer, the study showed.
It is observational and does not prove that eggs are the most magical remedies for excess weight, but the data obtained indicate that eating eggs can help healthier body composition. It is about the composition under the skin, that is, about the distribution of fat. It was this aspect that was studied by Spanish doctors, analyzing 355 university students.
All volunteers were between 18 and 30 years old, they went through an assessment of height and weight, as well as waist circumference. They were divided into groups based on how often they consumed eggs. At the same time, the method of their preparation was not recorded separately.
