Eating fermented milk cheese can have unpleasant side effects

There are reasons to avoid this seemingly healthy product.
Sour milk cheese is packed with calcium, protein and probiotics, with related number of beneficial effects. But it should be remembered that there are no absolutely useful products, since the body's sensitivity to food components is determined by individual characteristics. Along with the benefits of eating cheese, it can also have unpleasant side effects, as warned by experts at the Mayo Clinic.
Headaches. People often do not realize that the regular use of certain products is the main cause of their chronic headaches. Cheese is one of those foods: in some people, it can cause “splitting” headaches and migraines. According to experts, this happens due to biogenic amines that are formed during the fermentation of protein products. Amines irritate the nervous system, greatly reducing or increasing blood circulation, causing headaches.
Increased allergies. People with food intolerances and allergies should read the labels of probiotic products carefully – they may contain additives in the form of milk, eggs or soy, to which the body will not react well.
Increased infections. In isolated cases, bacteria or yeast found in probiotic yogurt can enter the bloodstream and cause infections in susceptible people (especially those with suppressed or weakened immune systems).
Increased pain. The protein in cheese increases the likelihood of inflammation and joint pain in people with arthritis.
