Effective Strategy: 3 minutes to solve problems
0
When it comes to trying to solve problems, we usually find ourselves in full confusion. In particular, people come in a dead end on halfway of the thought process. For some reason, they are able to list everything they like and do not want to feel, but cannot imagine the opposite – what they really want. As soon as you imagine the ultimate goal, you will have the opportunity to build an imaginary bridge between the two places. It is recommended to depict this on a piece of paper, where you can then mark the necessary steps.
mental shift
During the mental shear, you will realize that you are now on the very bottom, and what you need lies on the top. This is very important because you should feel that you are gradually achieving all the best results.
If you do not like your body, but you want to love it, you will not be able to switch out of hatred to hobby instantly. It does not work so, and at first you can still expect a big depression and insult. But what if you set yourself a few intermediate goals:
- I want to love my body once.
- I realize that people with the same body also have a romantic relationship.
- I'm ready to start respecting my body. Is it impossible?
- Step 2: How do I make it possible?
- Step 3: How do I believe in the possibility of this? However, on the mental landslide, the process does not end. This is only the beginning. The next way to build a bridge over the abyss between what you have now and what you want is a reassessment of your own behavior. It is best to break your main goal at daytime, monthly and annual submissions.Step 3: What do I need to do this to make it possible? But these obstacles are irrelevant and can mislead you.
Suppose you want to meet your friends more often, but it is difficult for you to find time, and many other things are interfered with. Ask yourself the following questions to understand what prevents you from achieving the desired:
- What feeling I have when I think about meeting friends? Determined? Let's go on.
- When did this feeling come for me for the first time? What was I busy? What happened?
- How did it change me? What conclusions did I come to?
- What could I do otherwise to achieve another result? Understanding that in such circumstances, any normal man would do the same.
- What can I do to change my feelings and get closer to the desired goal? Otherwise? ”. Understanding what you have to work on, your path becomes clearer.
