Egg appetizer: the whole “secret” is in the marinade

Eggs are included in the basic set of products, as they are inexpensive, easy to prepare and have a pleasant taste. Also, chicken eggs have a high energy value and are an excellent source of protein. Most often, ladies simply cook a product, prepare scrambled eggs or an omelette. But on the basis of eggs, you can prepare a lot of simple and unusual dishes. For example, they can be pickled, turning them into an appetizing snack.
How to do it
Eggs must first be hard-boiled, cooled in water and cleaned. In the meantime, you can do the marinade. Add about 750 ml of clean water, a tablespoon each of salt and sugar, a few peppercorns, two or three bay leaves and the same amount of cloves to the pan.
The liquid should boil.
Then you need to send one chopped onion and a small beet. The root crop should also be cut, not crushed on a grater.
The mixture is cooked for 15 minutes at a moderate boil.
It remains to pour 100 ml of vinegar, cook for a few minutes and turn off. The resulting marinade should be cooled.
Take 5 pieces of garlic, cut them into 2 parts and send them to a jar to prepare a snack. The eggs “go” next. After that, we “send” the onion and beetroot and pour the resulting aromatic mixture.
This recipe is designed for 6 standard-sized chicken eggs.
The jar should be closed and left at room temperature for several hours. Then we send it to the refrigerator for 48 hours.
A wonderful snack is ready.
