Endocrinologist named contraindications to eating nuts

Nuts are a useful product, but they are contraindicated for some people. This statement was made by endocrinologist Svitlana Shokur.

As Svitlana Shokur noted, you should not eat nuts uncontrollably if you have digestive problems. Otherwise, the gastrointestinal tract will experience heaviness, bloating, increased gas formation, and stool may be disturbed.

If this product contains any additives, such as salt, syrup, glaze, honey or caramel, blood pressure and blood sugar levels may increase.

Thus, people who have problems with the cardiovascular system and kidneys, as well as diabetes, should pay attention to such fillers. In addition, people with allergies should also avoid nuts, which are 20% of adults and 5% of children.

As Svitlana Shokur added, nuts will only benefit other people, since they contain protein, healthy fats, vitamins A and E, fiber, calcium, magnesium and zinc.

In addition, the product has a positive effect on the hormonal system and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. However, there is a norm prescribed in the recommendations for a balanced diet – 30 grams per day.
